When you open your home as a pod location, you choose the neighborhood, set the tone, and become the anchor of a carefully vetted community of like-minded families. Your child's pod mates are not random. They are selected thoughtfully and intentionally by families who share your values, your standards, and your vision for what education should look like.

You are creating it, in your home, for a fraction of that cost, and keeping your family at the center of it.
What Host Families Receive
Tuition Credit
$300 per month applied directly toward your child's Kidz Pods tuition for each pod hosted.
A Professionally Managed Program
Curriculum, scheduling, assessments, and parent communication are handled entirely by Kidz Pods. Your job is the space. We handle everything else.
A Certified Learning Facilitator
A background-checked, credentialed teacher in your home every school day. You do not manage the instruction, we do.
A Community You Helped Build
Host families have meaningful input into the character of their pod's community. The families around your child are not assigned at random, they are aligned by values, by vision, and by mutual selection.

What Hosting Looks Like
A pod requires a clean, safe, dedicated learning space within your home — a spare room, a sunroom, a finished space that can comfortably seat six children and one adult. Kidz Pods provides all curriculum materials, furniture requirements, and a full inspection checklist before any pod is activated.

You do not teach. You do not manage the children during school hours. You do not coordinate the curriculum or communicate with other families about academic matters. Your role is to provide the physical space and the values-aligned environment that makes this community possible.
Hosting Requirements
Physical Space
A dedicated, inspectable indoor learning area sufficient for 6 students and 1 adult.
Safety standards
Kidz Pods conducts a full home inspection prior to pod activation. Requirements will be provided.
Availability
The space must be available Monday through Friday during school hours for the full academic year.
Values alignment
Host families must be in agreement with Kidz Pods' Christ-centered mission and community standards.
Background check
All adults residing in the home will be required to complete a background check.
